Willoughby

BDDS was responsible for the design, including the architectural and structural documentation and also obtaining building approvals, calling tenders and supervising construction. The owners of this narrow property wanted two additional bedrooms and a bathroom.  The answer was a first floor addition with the brief to provide a design that was in keeping with the existing architecture in the street.  In addition a new carport on the front boundary was also designed for the property. The owners were delighted with the results.

BDDS  is currently working on a similar development on the adjoining property.
